Responsibilities :

1.Product Devlopment :
– Initiate and develop new product and selling product to company distribution channels based on their requirements.
– Prepare data and research support proposal to IHQ (International Headquarters).
– Simulation product pricing and Data anlysisis for support assumption for Actuarial profit testing
– Prepare policy wording & premium book rate for OIC filling support and coordinate with OIC to approval process.
2.Product Implementation
– Coordinate with all related departments to ensure that product implementation process with current system.
– Prepare product data to related department (Actuarial, UW, Legal, Compliant, Marketing, Training) for launch product
– Checking the accuracy of new products selling tools before launching to distributors such as, sales material, Brochures, etc.
– Train new product to operation team and train their trainer.
3.Product Monitoring
– Analysis product selling after launch product to achieve target
– Support and analyze product information for distributor as requests
– Conduct market research,competitors analysis on product proposition in life insurance market
4.New Initiative product for Distribution
– Create new product or new initiative for distribution
– Market research with competitor
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree in Actuarial Sciences or Statistics.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in life insurance business.
3. MS programming (Excel, VBA command)
