Senior Product Development & Strategy

Responsibilities :

1.Product Devlopment :
– Initiate and develop new product and selling product to company distribution channels based on their requirements.
– Prepare data and research support proposal to IHQ (International Headquarters).
– Simulation product pricing and Data anlysisis for support assumption for Actuarial profit testing
– Prepare policy wording & premium book rate for OIC filling support and coordinate with OIC to approval process.
2.Product Implementation
– Coordinate with all related departments to ensure that product implementation process with current system.
– Prepare product data to related department (Actuarial, UW, Legal, Compliant, Marketing, Training) for launch product
– Checking the accuracy of new products selling tools before launching to distributors such as, sales material, Brochures, etc.
– Train new product to operation team and train their trainer.
3.Product Monitoring
– Analysis product selling after launch product to achieve target
– Support and analyze product information for distributor as requests
– Conduct market research,competitors analysis on product proposition in life insurance market
4.New Initiative product for Distribution
– Create new product or new initiative for distribution
– Market research with competitor
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree in Actuarial Sciences or Statistics.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in life insurance business.
3. MS programming (Excel, VBA command)
System & Business Analyst / Tester (Full-time on-site at the office)

Responsibilities :

1. Analyze user requirements from various departments.
2. Prepare Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Flow Diagrams.
3. Collaborate with developers and users to design and develop system solutions.
4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment with plans.
5. Support the planning and design of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
6. Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts based on system requirements.
7. Conduct System Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT.
8. Analyze and report test results, and log bugs for development team resolution.
9. Ensure system quality before release to users.
10. Support users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

Qualifications :

Necessary Skills :

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Software Testing.
3. Knowledge of life insurance systems or financial services is a plus.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with tools such as SQL, Microsoft Visio, Jira, or TestRail is an advantage.
6. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology.

Underwriting

1. Performing underwriting functions for medical and non-medical cases/result according to company’s policy and guidelines and provide underwriting support to all distribution channels.
2. Understand the recent risks which impacted to the company’s operating result, can selected for suspected case, especially for Money games, and any kind of fraud.
3. Advice in order to strengthen work efficiency, good morale, and teamwork.
4. Communication and coordinate with internal and external customer in order to ensure work completion smoothly and successfully.
5.Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvements.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor’s degree in medical science as Nurse, Medical Technology, or other medical field related.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underwriting or insurance business.
